Hot Water
Hot water is provided centrally by a gas fired heating system, which consists of boilers, storage tanks and circulating pumps.
Hot water is supplied to individual apartments through a hot water meter that accurately measures the water consumption for each individual apartment.
Advantages of a centralised system such as that provided by Energyco are;
- Lower cost of water heating by gas, compared to electricity
- Provides an endless supply of hot water
- Space saving in the apartment which si normally taken up by a hot water cylinder
- Eliminate the need for additional wiring, pipe work, cupboard space etc
Cold Water & Waste
Cold water is supplied to individual apartments through a cold water meter that accurately measures the water consumption for each individual apartment. This is how your waste water amount is accurately arrived at.
Gas
Energyco provide the delivery of direct gas for specific requirements.
